Each needle is born in Italy in Milan under strict production standards, under ISO 9001 and ISO 13000. Biotek uses for its needles only AISI 306 steel, Inox steel with the lowest NIKEL quantity on the market. Before being put on the market every single needle is examined under a microscope and only the perfect pieces become your favorite needles.

The special points polishing or lapping performed on Biotek needles is fundamental for the penetration of these ones into the skin in a fluid and constant way. An ideal line or fill are series of micro holes. To get it, the needle must enter and leave the skin in a homogeneous and fluid way. Without this special procedure, there's the risk of making in the same time micro holes and tears, so that the color will not remain and you've to repeat the work.
